Returns Policy

Please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order, effective from delivery confirmation and/or acceptance. You may then return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (subject to a 15% made to order restocking fee), and excluding any P&P (shipping costs). If P&P (shipping costs) is offered as free for a specific occasion on an order placed and then returned for a refund, we reserve the right to deduct our initial P&P costs from your item value. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days, depending on delivery method chosen), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Exchange Policy

Please Contact Us within 14 days of receiving your order, effective from delivery confirmation and/or acceptance. You may then return your opened items within 30 days of delivery for a new exchange. You'll pay for P&P (shipping costs) to send your exchange back to us, we shall pay for P&P (shipping costs) to send your new exchanged items back to you. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your new exchanged items within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will new items more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days, depending on delivery method chosen), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to produce and process your new items (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return, and the product you would like to exchange it for. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note, when returning an item back to us we recommend a tracked and/or signature service to help avoid loss of parcel, we are not held responsible for lost returns/exchanges and reserve the right to decline refunds and/or exchange of goods if they are lost in transit with no tracking and/or signature service used.

 

We don't offer a refund and/or exchange for certain items, unless they’re faulty, such as:

  • Personalised items and custom-made items
  • Custom made orders

 

Shipping 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, however due to the nature of handmade and personalised items sometimes delays are inevitable, especially during busy periods and seasonal promotions. If a delay is expected with your order we shall notify you as soon as possible, resolutions for delayed orders include but are not limited to:

- Changing to a different colour or item altogether

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International orders are shipped on our standard service with estimated delivery times varying from 5-10 working days depending on location, for extra peace of mind you can upgrade shipping to a tracked service at checkout, some locations may be excluded from this service.

Due to the nature of international orders, sometimes these may be held in customs for a goods inward check, this process can take anywhere between 1-7 working days and is completely out of our control which can lead to slight delays in receiving your order. 

If your order has still not arrived after 30 working days from day of dispatch, please Contact Us with your order number and product details, we will then prompt an investigation with our courier to claim the loss of goods, once the investigation has concluded and reimbursement of loss goods has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
